Snow Cream

Combine all ingredients with a pinch of salt in a large metal bowl. Place the bowl in the freezer. Remove from the freezer after 10 minutes and scrape the sides with a spatula. Place the bowl back into freezer and repeat until mixture is creamy/crumbly and frozen.

Serve frozen.

2 cups whole milk 2 cups half and half 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract salt Makes four bowls of ice cream.
