Roasted Brussels

Coat the brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 425°F for 20 minutes or until tender and caramelized. Transfer brussels sprouts to a bowl and toss with vinegar and honey.

Serve warm.

1 pound brussels sprouts 2 tablespoons olive oil salt black pepper 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon honey Makes two servings of brussels sprouts.
