Whisk milk and eggs together with salt and pepper to preference. Pour milk and egg mixture into lightly oiled, preheated skillet. Cook over medium heat, lifting cooked portion to let uncooked portion flow underneath, until set. Flip, add desired fillings and fold in half, cooking further as desired.

Serve warm with salsa.
