Mac Salad

Whisk milk, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

Cook macaroni until very soft. Drain macaroni and add vinegar while still hot. Toss until absorbed. Let cool for 10 minutes then add dressing, carrots, celery and a salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle furikake on top and refrigerate for one hour until dressing sets.

Serve chilled.
