Grilled Skirt Steak

Mix everything except the steak in a small bowl until the sugar has dissolved. Transfer to a sealable container, add the steak and refrigerate overnight.

Discard marinade and grill steak uncovered, turning at least once, to desired doneness. Remove from the grill and slice into bite-sized strips.

Serve with sides of grilled vegetables and fingerling potatoes.

2 pounds of skirt steak ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup pineapple juice 4 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons honey 1 green onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced Makes two pounds of skirt steak.
