Dharmic Salad

Add mixed greens to a large bowl. Mix in sprouts, beets, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes. Add croutons, sprinkle with sunflower kernels and cheese. Drizzle ranch all over and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
